Subaru of Gwinnett Service Department

I called to ask about coolant / oil recycling and was met with prompt, friendly service. Without any expectation on my part, the managers were already waiting in the service bay when I arrived and immediately helped dispose of my hazardous waste. It was a lot of attention and effort for a free service that was not required of them. And I was in and out in less than three minutes. If I owned a Subaru or needed specialized maintenance, I would feel confident trusting them with my vehicle based on this experience alone. I hope to do business with this team in the future. I’m currently at Subaru of Gwinnett and wanted to leave a review because this service experience truly exceeded my expectations. I recently purchased my Subaru and needed some work done right away, including control arm bushing replacement, an alignment, and a system flush. My service advisor, Brenda, was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. She kept me updated, sent over a very thorough estimate, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done and why. The service center itself was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with snacks and a really nice interior. I have yet to have a bad experience with the service or the people. I bought my car from here. I talked with another service dept near my house (won't make that mistake again). I brought it back here instead because of the people here. My advisor Jeff Bowman is cool to work with. I wish more advisors were like him. I'll make the drive here for service. It's 30 miles from my house and still worth it.

These guys are the best. We bought our 2019 Outback from them, and since then, have had all our service done there. I have had a running joke with the guys in the shop since I'm an Alabama fan, and many of them pull for Georgia. It's just all in fun, of course! They take such good care of me and my car! Waiting for my service rep this week, I had no less than 5 others ask if they could help me. I will continue to take my car there and recommend them highly!

I cannot recommend this service dept enough. Every time I need to go ouy of town, my car demands a service tithe. This time it was the battery and tire, among regular service needs. Jamil was on point and communicative with service updates and was an overall lovely person. The techs, though. They are the real MVP. I have only praise and gratitude for them. They got my car at 8a this morning and completed service by 5p today, including a tire replacement. I have no idea how they managed this, but boy am I grateful. If you are one of the mechanics that worked on my car and see this, you are a real MVP.
