Purchased coolant at a competitive price, but the shipment never arrived. When I called for support, the dealer refused to handle the issue directly and told me to file a claim with another company. That company hung up on me once, was rude another time, and initially forced a digital card refund. Only after persistence did they “make an exception” to issue an ACH refund. Bottom line: If your order goes smoothly, great—but if there’s a problem, expect little accountability from this dealer.
