Go anywhere else. I’ve had both a negative buying experience and now a negative service experience at Albrecht Subaru of Wakefield. After recently purchasing my car from them, I came with a failed battery and felt completely dismissed. Nicole, the service advisor I worked with, did not seem to care about my issue or offer any meaningful help or advocacy. As a recent customer, I expected at least a basic level of support, but instead I was left feeling like once the sale was done, the dealership no longer cared. It’s especially frustrating to have to pay out of pocket to replace a battery so soon after purchase, with no sense of goodwill or customer care. Unfortunately, this dealership has not lived up to the level of service I’d expect from Subaru.

Title: Unfair Warranty Denial & Incomplete Diagnosis – Be Cautious Review: I brought my 2023 Subaru Impreza to this dealership after it stalled and wouldn’t restart. The check engine light came on, and I had the car towed in. Without performing proper diagnostic tests — such as compression testing, crankshaft inspection, or full evaluation of external systems like ignition, fuel injection, and sensors — the service team quickly concluded the engine was “seized” and must be replaced. When I asked for a full diagnostic report, I was told it would cost $3,000 — just to confirm the issue. This seemed unreasonable and made me question the motivation behind the engine replacement suggestion. They also denied warranty coverage based on missing oil change records between 3,000 and 35,000 mile

Wake field Subaru is a quick, clean, and professional business. I regularly take my Forester here for maintenance and they have never failed me. They were ready for me when I arrived. The service manager, Dave Patti, greeted me when I arrived (Remembered that I like live music and we discussed that for a few minutess.) I enjoyed their free coffee and used the provided work area to catch up on some emails. They found and fixed another issue with my car quickly and at no extra charge. Thank you Wakefield Subaru!

Terrible customer service and accountability. I drove 50 miles after a $4k engine service and the head gasket blew. They did not reimburse, cover damages or anything. Terrible

Always a great dealership with good sales people who aren't pushy but are there to help. While I didn't buy today... It's likely imminent and would be my 3rd from this dealership.
