Subaru Repair

We bought a Subaru Outback from Will, he lied to us so much. He promised to warranty everything for the first year. What a lie, no heater or air conditioning, heater after his repair still not working. Water pump went out after in first week, cost us 2200$ to get it repaired in a shop. 500$ power steering pump, idler pulley 50$, TPMS sensors missing 80$. Window Naster switch 40$. All this installed by my mechanic boyfriend. He took us for a ride. Don't trust a word he says, ALL lies. Scam artist. Lied about our air bags too! BEWARE!

I just bought a Subaru outback from Will. And he absolutely lied about the car I purchased from him. He told me the brakes and rotors were good. But in actual after me taking it to my mechanic both of those were bad. The horn did not work and I had to replace that as well. And the Abs sensor was taped together. This guy is so crooked. He gives you a 30 day warranty. But then when you call him he doesn't ever answer his phone or return phone calls. I would highly recommend anyone not to buy a car from here. He is very shady and a lie. Please do not buy a car from here. Everything that you have read about their cars is a scam and a lemon. It is nothing but a lie. I saw a baja on Craigslist. Drove to the destination. Met with Will, didn't get a chance to drive due to Will's wife rushing him on the phone. He stated I have 30 days if something isn't right. The next day I took it to tires plus and Aamco to get it looked over. I called Will... and Steve. Steve said he would come get my baja and check it out. He stayed to his word. Steve arrived with his tow truck, picked up my car. Fixed it and returned it to me. Very nice man, so was Will. Went down here for a car I saw on craigslist. Beautiful 2001 Subaru forester and I’m a big fan of older 2000s cars. Low price considering all the additions and work that Will put into the car, around 3,850. I was skeptical because it was my first time buying a car but seriously everything that was told to me about the car checked out. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you from this place, as long as you are nice to the people working there they are nice to you. They threw in some extras and offered to fix things on the car for no extra cost. Very sweet people great shop. Sometimes takes a little time to get back to you but this is expected because of how much work they are doing. Great work great shop:)!!!!
