Chris is always great to work with. I showed up a bit earlier than my appointment as I had a low tire pressure, and they took me in with no issues, great customer service, and quick turn around!

They were not very organized when it came to check-in for my oil change appointment. It took a few minutes for them to acknowledge me. The customer waiting area is dated, and the cell reception is horrific. Wifi is a necessity. The time it took for the service was average, and they did point out several services that I could get done the same day. Obviously, this makes them plenty of money for services that aren't urgent in any way. They weren't especially friendly but got the job done in an hour.

Excellent service was provided by Diana and the rest of the staff I interacted with. Compared to another local shop, prices were very comparable. The main differences were the professionalism, the ability to have my car ready at the earliest time given, and loaner car. Thanks! Update: I realized about 2 weeks following my service that I was missing my passenger side floor mat. They did clean my car at the end. Now, after contacting them I am left without a floor mat, as they apparently couldn't find it. So, I docked a star. That's money out of my pocket for new mats....

I called to make an appointment for an inspection. Guy on the phone said I did not need an appointment for an inspection, that they usually take 15 min. I asked if I could arrive at 4:30, he said yes. I get there the next day at 4:25 ish, the lady on the service desk said they were not doing it. Total waste of my time. This place definitely does not appreciate new customers. Very bad first impression.
