Joshua, in Parts was great to work with today. It was close to 5PM, phones were ringing, and he kept a calm and upbeat demeanor the entire time. He was very patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. Great experience 👍

This is for the parts section of the store, facility is very nice but Joshua was very kind and helpful both over the phone and in person and went above and beyond with my roof rack and box. Another gentlemen even took away the giant cardboard boxes when we finished putting everything on my crosstrek in the parking lot. Thanks guys!

Disappointing Service at Subaru Dealership – Great Cars, Poor Customer Care: I’ve had two visits to this dealership’s service department, and both were frustrating. Most recently, I dropped my car off the day before my appointment, just before closing. No one greeted me upon arrival, and inside, employees sat at their screens ignoring customers, leaving me standing awkwardly and unsure what to do. I found someone who had me fill out an overnight drop-off form despite them being open. It’s the opposite of the treatment from the eager sales team upfront. They have it backwards! Service clients deserve immediate attention since we’re loyal owners maintaining our vehicles. Ironically they solicited a review on the latest order I placed which was the least pleasing experience I've had with them. The order took a long time to ship--maybe it was inventory related, but at the time I placed the order no indication was given that any item was out of stock. I also think they may have raised their prices. I will still buy from them as orders usually ship fast and prices used to be great. Maybe I ordered thin margin items that were out of stock? Something changed recently and hopefully it was not an indicator of future performance, but just a glitch?

I've ordered from Subaru Superstore of Chandler several times over the past two years. The parts i need are usually in stock and, if not, they have been able to get them for me. Prices are among the best i can find, shipping is fast and the staff is helpful. They also keep you updated on your order status.
