Subaru Superstore Surprise

I purchased my first brand-new car here in February, and as intimidating as that was, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The process was smooth and surprisingly quick. Since then, I’ve been back for my 6,000 mile maintenance appointment, and that experience was just as great. I decided to wait, and they had my car ready before I knew it. The staff here is amazing and I’m very happy with my purchase and my decision to join the Subaru fam! ❤️

Took my WRX for a diagnostic for tpms light and was told everything else was great with the car. When I got in the SRS light came on. Probably from the inspection, moving the seats or something. When I called them to let them know, they said nothing from the inspection would have done that. Won't be taking my car there again. Prefer to take my car somewhere I will get it back without more issues. I wanted to follow up on my previous review. While my first visit wasn't ideal, the team at Subaru completely turned the experience around today. They were professional, attentive, and made sure all the technical issues were resolved to my satisfaction. The level of courtesy shown during this follow-up visit was top-notch. It’s clear they value their customers. 5- Star.

Great dealership On the sales side of things was very pleased with my salesman and the sales manager from start to finish. on boarding and delivery was fantastic. The service part of this for oil changes. Not so much. The tech and the guys working on the car are great and knowledgeable.Just not a fan of the advisor staff. my last visit did it for me.

Recently bought a 2026 Subaru Outback at the Subaru Superstore of Surprise and had a great experience. Zero pressure upon entering the dealership which continued throughout the buying process. Collyn in sales did a great job along with Jeff, another salesman who is newer and was shadowing Collyn. The negotiation process was smooth and the dealership was more than fair. Sales Manager Jonathan was more than accommodating in negotiations on the Outback along with fair pricing on our trade in, complete transparency the entire time. George in finance was great as well, I have had deals in the past go completely south and sour the overall experience by pushy/greedy finance guys, George is not that guy. Overall the experience was smooth, transparent and painless. I would highly recommend Surprise

Honestly, best car buying experience I’ve ever had. These guys treat you like a human and keep the negotiations honest. I was in and out of there in record time, with good care afforded to me. I bought my fourth car there. I’ll probably try and buy my fifth there too. Ask for Collyn - a stellar salesman and professional!
