Where do I begin? My 2021 Jeep Compass was taken there after sliding on the ice into a truck with a hitch. That was January 22. 2022. It is now May 20th and my car is not even done yet. They said they submitted a supplemental claim in January. I called the insurance company, it wasn't sent. So, the insurance company contacted them to get the supplement. Everything was paid 2/10. Parts were not even ordered until 2/23. After I was told several times, the car will be done before 2/23. Then we were waiting on an impact bar. I located one at another dealership on 4/11 and they were willing to supply it. I gave Suburban the information to Suburban and they said the dealer was not willing to sell it but the part should be here the following week. Mopar was releasing any until 4/27. Then I go

After my car accident on June 3, I took my 2019 Audi Q7 to Suburban Collision of Farmington because the Audi dealership referred me. I never received any update or a requested call back regarding the status of my repairs. On June 23, my insurance adjuster and I were told by Eric, "My guy broke down the truck, took a week's vacation and then quit right after and left them stuck with all the work he had." Eric originally took responsibility for the three week delay due to his guy quitting and agreed to pay my rental. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Eric informed my insurance adjuster and me in a very rude manner that he was not paying for my rental. I had a great experience at Suburban Collision of Farmington! I went here on the recommendation of my insurance company for a minor repair from a rear end collision. From the time i brought my car in, everything was taken care of promptly and although it took a bit longer than normal due to holidays and the back order of parts due to my car being a new model, I received phone updates letting me know of the progress. When I got my car back, they also did a great job communicating with my insurance company with a billing mistake (which was the fault of the insurance co.), and resolved that for me quickly. I am overall very pleased with my experience with Suburban Collision of Farmington Hills. I picked this shop as it was the top ranked aluminum body repair shop in the area. Excluding the factors out of this shop's control like parts availability and supply chain delays, Jeff and the rest of the team went above and beyond to address everything I asked of them. The repair of my sedan was high-quality and my car looks great after having struck a deer. As long as you clearly communicate your expectations, I have full faith that this shop will conduct themselves professionally.
