Suffolk Automotive Care LLC

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The team here is very professional and upfront (honest), I trust them with my vehicles (x2) automotive needs. I have had scheduled appointments and walk-ins and both options were detailed and timely (appointment recommended though). Again, would highly recommend their services to anyone! 5-stars

This is the only space where I experienced no stress at all. They honored the appointment time. I thought i needed to go to bed before my car is ready, but was out after 30 minutes. There is also a boba place next to it so you can enjoy great drinks while waiting.

The service at this establishment was nothing less than excellent. Very respectful staff and kid friendly waiting area. I will most definitely be returning for all of my automotive needs. Thank you all for such a great experience. Continue doing great.

Staff was very nice and helpful. They were able to get my car in for a diagnostic check within the same week too. Their mechanics were very thorough and give you honest next steps.

Suffolk Automotive Care really came through for me over the last few weeks. I needed starter service right before the holidays, and they were able to get me in and take care of my car before closing for the season. My inspection was due on 12/25, and once again they squeezed me in and handled everything seamlessly. This establishment is credentialed, professional, and consistently reliable. We truly love bringing our cars here for service. Thank you for what you do, Suffolk Automotive Care LLC 🫡
