We hit a deer in November 8, 2025 in my 2022 Toyota Highlander…the front was completely smashed and it shoved the radiator into the fan. Sulak got my car a couple of days later. Cesley was so good about calling me and keeping us updated every step of the way. Our insurance company dropped the ball and didn’t do the vehicle inspection for almost a month! Our insurance paid for a rental car for a certain amount of time. We were told that our time had run out and we needed to turn in the car. Because Cesley took such great notes documenting every contact she had with our insurance company, she was able to get us an extension on the rent car. This is my 4th time using Sulak and I’ve never, ever been let down. Over the last 2 years I’ve brought them everything from a totaled 2023 Kia Telluride, to two cars at once (2024 Grand Highlander and 2021 Kia Forte) with extensive hail damage, and now (again...) my 2024 Grand Highlander after a T-bone collision. Every single time they’ve come through for me. I'm aware that I can be an annoyingly anxious customer when it comes to my cars, but they really make me feel at ease anytime I call with a concern. We were recommended here by family Toyota of Burleson. Our highlander needed a bumper replacement. They gave us the car back after 2 weeks and the bumper doesn’t match the car. When we asked the guy about it he made up many excuses as to why it didn’t match. A couple of them being “it takes an extra 30-45 min” and “the insurance isn’t going to pay it” and “this car has been painted before”. We purchased this car brand new off the lot. Definitely hasn’t been repainted before. Terrible customer service. Save your time and go somewhere else. You would think the least they could have done was make it the right color. So what if it takes an extra 30-45 mins, that’s your job sir. Save your money, time and hassle and go somewhere else. Photos to show the whites clearly don’t match.
