Not your fancy pants dealership is why I go here and have for all my memory. Honest and reliable. No fuss, no bs. Have saved me and my family hundreds if not thousands through the years. Also the advice I've gotten from Steve many times is invaluable. Couldn't be a bigger fan.

Fast and courteous service. I just wish I had known the great deal behind getting the tire extended warranty on BOTH the winter and summer tires. Awesome deal from Sullivan tire that will keep me as a long-term customer!!

I went in with no appointment due to having an emergency flat tire. The sales team helped me find a tire for my specific vehicle that they had in stock and finish installing it within an hour of showing up on a Saturday. I would highly recommend them for tires and / or car service needs !

Another pleasant experience. Upon entering, I received a friendly greeting, considering it was early morning. After confirming my appointment, I went for a walk. Sometime during the walk, I was contacted, the technician needed the wheel lock key. Apparently, I provided what I thought was the key. I explained where to look in the trunk. Upon arriving back at the store, I was told the key was not found. Upon looking, I managed to find the key; it was under the spare tire. Not very easy to find. I apologized for the mishap. Though I delayed the store's scheduling, it was never apparent. Everyone (the front desk person and the technician) was very patient and understanding.

Helpful, knowledgeable crew. I would trust them with all my family vehicles and my grandma, too. 😆 Front desk has a lobby with kid-friendly content on the Tele, a Keurig machine for coffee and tea, and restrooms.
