They saved my bacon!! Had a taillight partially out and they took the time to investigate fully, and asked if I wanted another bulb replaced while I was in there. They helped me right away, I wasn't even there long enough to finish making a cup of coffee! Fair price, no upcharging or trying to sell me something I didn't need, and I can get back on the road already.

Amazing service!!!! We were traveling and had a tire making noise. We called several tire shops on a Saturday (7/13/24) afternoon and Sullivan Tire was the only one that offered to help. Not only did they fit us in 1 hour prior to closing the techs did an amazing job getting 4 new tires on our SUV in 45 minutes. Can’t thank them enough for the excellent costumer service. We were also traveling with our dog and they found a dog bed for thin to sleep on in the waiting room. Above and beyond!!

Keeping it short: I brought my car in for an alignment and the comment on the final invoice said "the tie rods don't have any thread left, need to replace for alignment”. That didn't strike me as accurate and I don't have money to waste on parts I don't need. I brought the car to a reputable garage in Saco and an alignment was performed, with the existing parts and I am told, minimal adjustment. This is the third time I have had an issue with alignments at this location. I have tried to be understanding but I've had enough and will be dealing elsewhere locally for my tire needs. I encourage others to do the same. I have given a two star rating as not every experience I have had in Biddeford has been negative and the people were courteous.
