Great prices and excellent service. I had Michelin tires installed and they looked amazing. The staff showed me the alignment adjustments and let me know my rear brakes needed replacement. I am compelled to share my experience due to a lack of honesty and excessively high prices. I was informed that I required new brakes and rotors; however, upon inspection, I found that my brakes were in perfectly good condition, as I have a strong mechanical aptitude. The cost of their parts is three times what I believe to be unreasonable, and the labor fees are exorbitant. As a former business owner, I understand the importance of integrity in business practices.

My wife had a blowout yesterday and this was the closest tire place. After I helped her get the donut on in place of the blown out tire, we found it was low on air, but drivable enough to get to Sullivan. Unfortunately, her tire is a bit of an oddball size and they only had one tire in stock that would fit, a $300+ run-flat tire. The guy behind the counter said he'd be happy to put it on, if that's what we want, but it was way more expensive than he thought we wanted and would be happy to order in a lower-price option for her. There was absolutely no attempt to push it on us and he really recommended against it anyway. We declined, because this location isn't all that close to home, and he was happy to top off the air on the donut and check her other tires' pressure before we drove of

I had an excellent experience at Sullivan Tire Auto Service, all thanks to Taylor! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly attentive and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my car and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how he kept me in the loop every step of the way, making sure I knew what was being done and any potential issues that might come up. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers’ needs, and Taylor absolutely went above and beyond to ensure I felt informed and comfortable. Some days are busy and other not so busy. No matter what type of day the manager clearly explains the process and gives accurate time estimates. My tire rotation service took a bit less time than expected - thanks!
