These guys are great. I had a appointment for 8am to get my battery replace. I arived at 7:30 and they took my car right in. my car was done in 30 minutes. R. Francis did great job installing the battery. The price was the best around. I have found a new place to do my work.

Thank you Nick, Francisco and repair team for a great experience today replacing a flat tire. Service was prompt, communication/scheduling super nice and helpful, price very reasonable. I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience at your shop today. I brought my vehicle in for a tire inspection due to a slow leak on my left front tire, which has been ongoing since I had my new tires installed in April 2025. When I first arrived, I was charged for the tire repair service. However, after explaining my situation to Nick, he took the time to listen to my concerns and look into the issue. The technician discovered that the leak was coming from corrosion around the rim, meaning the rim hadn’t been properly cleaned and sealed during the tire installation. Nick immediately addressed the situation and refunded me the repair cost, which I truly appreciated. Nick was very professional, understanding, and thorough. If I could give zero stars I would. Went there this morning for a TNC inspection. Was told couldn’t do the inspection because items from trunck had to removed ( it was a box) and nothing on the floor of the car.( it was a small rag to wipe down the car). Was told, couldn’t even just remove them at that moment and then do the inspection because that’s the whole point of the inspection…. WHAT?!!??? Thier mission statement reveals that they should treat every customer like a family member. YIKES! Wouldn’t want to be a part of your family if this is how you treat them. Disgraceful customer service, just didnt want to give any suggestion. Monday morning are tuff I guess that’s why they didn’t want to do thier job or go the extra mile.

I recently had my tires replaced and the overall experience was smoothThe staff was professional and explained the options clearly and very helpful. The process took about time expected . We are coming from Firestone at rt9 because a poor customer service.
