Sullivan Tire & Auto Service

I've used Sullivan several times and its always a great experience. Today they repaired a tire leak and had it done in a couple of hours and it was very inexpensive. I really appreciate their integrity and high quality work. Highly recommend them!

Setting up my appointment was smooth. I was informed of everything being done to my car in a timely manner My call was ready within the estimated window they gave me. Customer service was professional.

I was having an oil change and maintenance done, dropped it off about 9am for a 10 am appointment. I was called that my auto was all finished and set to go. Fast and professional service.

Needed a quick check if a tire but didn't made appointment. Just pulled up and they helped me out, no wait, no trying to get me to buy something. Had the old local mechanic feel. Paul was very helpful.

I came in for 4 new tires at the Rockland branch. Dropped the car off around 7:30 and it was ready before 11. Paul called me to let me know while it’s not an immediate need, my rear brake pads were getting low. He provided me with what the cost would be to replace them and their current depth. I really appreciated Paul giving me the information without an aggressive sales pitch to upsell the pads. Being able to trust the people working with your car is a really big deal nowadays and the way Paul approached providing the information made me feel very comfortable with bringing any future business back to the branch. Paul and the rest of the team over at the Rockland branch made what can be a major headache an easy and seamless experience. I’ll definitely be recommending the branch to others
