I used their website to browse and research the many different options available for my car, then I engaged via online chat to confirm inventory and setup an appointment at the Warwick store. It was effortless. They may not always be the cheapest, but they have the best customer service and have great aftermarket care, and to me, that’s worth it. Wonderful employee owned company. Took my car in for an alignment because I swapped out my tires and my put winter tires on. Picked up car and have a chunk messing from my tires. Go to the supervisor with my paperwork he handed me, because they take pictures of the car and tires before servicing it. Pictures are clear as day when he pulls them up on computer that there was nothing wrong with tires before they started servicing the car. States that It wasn’t them and that they can’t do nothing about it. I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone, and if you do make sure you record and take pictures of your car before you let them service it. Pictures that I uploaded was the printout they handed me, doesn’t look as clear as in person or when seen on computer but that way you guys can see what I am talking about. Never will rec
