Sullivan Tire Corporate Headquarters

I had tires installed at one of the Sullivan Tire locations and the service wasn't up to par. So I wrote a review of my experience and to my pleasant surprise, I received a hand written letter with an apology from their corporate office. I was so impressed with this level of customer service that I will certainly be giving Sullivan Tire my future business. Thank you Sullivan Tire for making this customer feel valued. You've earned my future business.

My daughter had a doctor's appointment in Portland for her two-year-old son I was told all four tires had wires showing and should be changed I agreed to pay over the phone and when the job was done they called me back and said no charge the tires four brand new tires were free I offered to pay $100 tip and they refused it Veri stand up people I appreciate what you've done for my daughter thank you very much

OVER PRICED I had an Over the Road Break down with one of my 53ft Trailers. Sullivan Tires was recommended by another shop that didn't have enough room on their lot to perform part of the repair. The repair was done promptly and our truck was back on the road. Unfortunately , this Tire Company doesn't know the difference between a TRUCK REPAIR and a TRAILER REPAIR. Their hourly rate is $179/hour for working on a trailer. They compare their rate to that of the truck dealer Kenworth in CT. Instead of using Atlantic Star Trailers ( Utility Dealer ) , who has a rate of $99/hour and $106/ per hour on a call out. As most Trailer Repair shops in this US do. Giving a major shout out to Rob Legros, who is the manager at the Sullivan Tire in Norwell. My daughter had close to a flat tire, and Rob and his techs took care of it 15 minutes before closing. My daughter went to Firestone first big mistake. They tried to take advantage of her and sell her 4 tires. Never go to Firestone.

I bought 4 tires and brakes at the Braintree location in October maybe? I wasn't going to return because they never answer the phone and I felt they were annoyed when I asked that they fix the tire pressure light . I then got a nail in my tire right before Christmas. Triple A put on the spare and I returned to Sullivan tire in Braintree to get it plugged. I asked for an oil change as well. They tried to charge me 241$? I said no absolutely not! The guy then says oh yeah you shouldn't be charged for the plug, that's free . Now we are still over 200$ for an oil change? He then wanted the receipt I had in my hand so he could print a new one . I took pictures of the papers he didn't want me to keep and have made 3 complaints to customer service and not one person has cared enough to call me .
