Upon contacting Sully’s Auto Care in Warwick I found Steve to be a knowledgeable person with mechanical aptitude and a natural ability to understand and work with mechanical concepts. I initially called to have a starter replaced in my Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Brougham 307. Steve answered all questions via Yelp and by phone in a most efficient manner. After the starter installation was complete I was advised to pick up my car, around 4 one-half hours later: lightning fast time. Also, Lori who attends the front desk provided me a ride to our home and later picked me up. Professional courtesy at its finest. Lori is highly intelligent and well versed in automotive skill. I was somewhat surprised to actually meet a girl with that type of extensive knowledge. All can regard Steve as an honest

Sully is a great mechanic. He can fix anything. He tells you the price and he's very, very, fast! Lori does the appointments and does a fine job. Bruce is the other mechanic. They are both very friendly and helpful. They go out of your way for you. It is a great place to go and the prices are very good and the job is always done RIGHT!

I never worry about being taken advantage of—everything is explained clearly upfront, including the issue and the cost. There are never any surprises.
