Owner is a crook, he strategically used predatory behavior to steal my vehicle for me. My car was there for an estimate, car was deemed a total lost. Steve stated the car needed to be put back together, where these was no evidence that he should have touched the car. The insurance company and myself have yet to receive an invoice from him after many attempts. He is not beyond lying with communication, he dodge me and continued to pile storage fees. I questioned the undisclosed fees and he said it stated it on the paperwork. I signed no paperwork that disclosed fees, he denied me picking up my vehicle 3 times, sent a certified letter to and address i didn't reside at and then attempted to change the title, rather then just communicate with me. He honed in on me being a woman, he was willing
Took my car in to get a crack in the bumper fixed and it took 3 weeks for it to be completed. I can understand the wait time for parts takes a while but regular updates would have been helpful. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful whenever I called in asking for updates. However, when I was finally able to pick my car up, they gave it back to me and the inside of it was filthy. The entire inside of the car was covered in a layer of dust. It took over 2 hours to clean the interior myself. Not sure I'd recommend this place.
The front office staff is fantastic—professional, courteous, and welcoming. I’m extremely particular about my car, as it’s both my first brand-new vehicle and a significant investment. Unfortunately, the condition of my car upon return was disappointing. The interior was dirtier than when I brought it in, with new scratches that weren’t there before. I also noticed a white chalk-like substance on the mirror and around the headlight, along with a greasy residue on the passenger window and a scratch on the tint. While some of these issues may be easy to clean, I shouldn’t have to be the one doing it after a professional service. I visited three different shops before choosing this one, and while their front office team was the most professional, the quality of the work didn’t meet my expec
I recently needed a new windshield in my truck and decided to go with Summit Collision, as they have worked on my vehicle in the past and their prices were fair. Unfortunately, my opinion has changed after getting my truck back. As soon as I got it back I noticed the inside was dusty filled with particles and my floor mats were covered in mud (see picture) and then I noticed greasy hand prints all over my headliner and a SLICE in my headliner. To make matters worse, I decided that night to wash my truck and noticed the black glue they use to set the windshield in all over my nerf bar and the inside of my truck (see picture) and also a slice in my visor. It went from Steve was ordering a new headliner and willing to make me whole to getting the run around for 2 weeks and being told HIS
This was some of the most incompetent work on a vehicle I have ever seen. So I came here after I tipped my 2004 Jeep Liberty over because the insurance said that they "had the best reviews from Car Star." I dropped the car off about a week before Christmas (I go to college in missoula and was coming home for break). They initially told me my car would be done on the 10th of January due to the holidays. I called them multiple times to see if everything was going well only to get back to Helena to hear it would be an additional week until it would be done. A week later I asked my parents to pick it up the car and when they did they called saying all of the plastic pieces and other plastic parts that were ripped off looked terrible and they brought it back in. Apparently they bought new piece
