I absolutely love and appreciate the team at this location. Josh, his mechanics, and his front desk. team were very kind. They immediately helped me with my issues and explained everything to me. Highly recommend. The only place I trust to take my vehicles. I cannot thank them enough.

Listen to this! I won’t lie I feel scammed. I paid $130 with 1 year warranty for an alignment. Not even a week goes by and the alignment is off. I ask them to fix it again they ask me how it happened. I said a man hole cover then they say that the warranty doesn’t cover that or even that the $130 I paid doesn’t have a warranty at all. They told me it was a driver error and “ we didn’t make you hit the man hole cover”. They say warranty doesn’t cover out of work impacts saying that only if they replaced something then it would fall under warranty. Sir we live in Houston with pot holes and man covers all over. You’re telling me warranty doesn’t cover anything unless parts replaced. What’s the point of warranty on alignments then. Then they swore up and down that they never sold me a 1 year

Had to fight the technician to honor their email advertised Black Friday prices on a full synthetic oil change for $29.99… 5 quarts. Had to show the tech the email they sent me and they still questioned me, their faithful customer! Good grief, don’t advertise a price if you’re not going to honor it. I’m due a refund for the extra oil that I was charged. The ad said $29.99 on 11/28/25. That’s the day I was there with a scheduled appointment. The tech tried to charge me $115. I ended up paying for extra oil-6 quarts when my car only holds 5 which is how many the ad allowed in the fine print. The front desk staff at the Louetta Rd. Champions location needs a lesson in customer service greeting as well. They are dismissive and act like they don’t want your business when you walk

Sam has been very helpful in his position. Joe has shown a personal interest in the healing process of this vehicle. For me this is all appreciable.. To me some areas of the work seem a little pricier than the market standard.

It was the day before the Houston Art Car parade and my entry sprang a radiator leak! Trevor at Sun Auto went above and beyond to get our art car back on the road and into the parade. Forever grateful for the outstanding service! We'll definitely be back for any auto needs we have! Love you guys!
