I had such a great experience at Sun Devil Auto this weekend! They got my truck’s AC running like new again, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The manager, Andy, was especially welcoming and truly treats you like family. He was honest and upfront about the total cost and clearly explained how long the repairs would take. There were no surprises — just transparency and professionalism. After receiving much higher quotes from other shops, Sun Devil Auto gave me a far better price and delivered excellent work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing minor or major repairs. They’ve definitely earned my trust!

This is not my regular shop. Many years ago I was taken advantage of and now I don’t switch shops easily. But I have had two instances where I needed something on-the-spot, usually weekends or after hours, and this business offered quick, fair and affordable service. It would take a lot to make me leave my regular shop, but I would say, hands down this is a reliable and fair shop, especially if you are a woman. I was treated respectfully and professionally. I would recommend this shop without reservation.

I was in a panic when my car troubles begin (knowing it would be costly) The moment I spoke with Mr. Andy I knew I was in great hands. Mr.Andy is very professional & personable. He greets you BY NAME & welcomes you in with the warmest smile. He’s knowledgeable, transparent and cares for his customers. It truly felt like southern hospitality here in the west. I was in and out the shop in 1 DAY - Mr.Andy gave me car knowledge & detailed paperwork showing current & potential car concerns I could have here in the near future. All this to say -

I felt like they were treating me like an actual person instead of another number and they were quick and efficient. I went in thinking I needed more work done on my car than what it turned out I actually needed. They were quick to inform me that my brakes were actually in good shape and instead of taking advantage of me thinking I needed new ones. They did the right thing and reassured me that I would be fine for a while without purchasing new ones. Thank you Sun Devil Auto!

I run a small hvac business and had a transmission go out in my truck. I had these guys install a new one. I’m not gonna lie I was expecting it to be falling apart after the job and would have to bring it in several more times for service. This truck is rock solid now with 180k+ miles. I’m impressed I think we can get it 300k with these mechanics. Andy was my service rep. Solid dude
