From the beginning I immediately noticed the professionalism and how wonderful their communication was. Throughout my car inspection to the services, I was updated via email (the report) and a phone call. I do not understand too much about cars and I ask a lot of questions and they were answered with honesty, kindness and patience. I am incredibly grateful that we came to Sun Devil. Prices were fair and customer service was some of the best we have ever received.

Found both tires like this and was leaving for a trip. Mathew, Sam and Gerson ordered my performance tires And install installed and plenty of time for my trip. Since my car was lowered and needed special camber bars and a low Alignment rack. I had the alignment done at their location in surprise. Very friendly and really cared about my needs. Since I just moved here from California, I’ve decided that this will be my go to auto repair facilities Great job gentlemen

I am a loyalist. I have been going to the same shop in East valley for 10 years. I still love my shop in East valley, but now I have a shop in West valley. These guys at Sun Devil Auto are phenomenal. They're honest, their prices are fair, and they don't give a whole bunch of the runaround. They tell you straight what needs to be done and what can wait, and that to me is the most important... Integrity and honesty

This is my go-to when my car needs to get fixed, everybody here is nice and they're quick and proper. They take the time to explain everything to me, They leave it up to me if I want to continue or not. I don't feel pressured.
