Update 11.14.25: the shop replaced my hood insulation. I’m tankful for that since it would have cost me the part and $300-$400 in shipping. Blown away by my experience with this place. Sad that they couldn’t understand why I didn’t trust them with my car again. This all started when i dropped my car off for an oil change and found three days later that the oil cap was left off. There was a mess of engine oil throughout my engine bay. The customer service was rather appalling. I will say they gave me my money back for my oil change and $50 additional to cover the cost of the oil I had to beg my client to take me to get just so I could make it home safely. They did also state that they would clean the engine bay for me, but after the missing oil cap and the horrible customer service there w

I can’t say enough great things about this shop! They were friendly, honest, and genuinely cared. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was top-notch — they explained everything clearly. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, integrity, and compassion, but this place has it all. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy, affordable, and exceptional automotive care!

I just can't say enough about the quality work I've received at Sun Valley Automotive. They NEVER try to sell you anything. I recently had some work done and was told there was something that could be fixed but since it was an expensive fix (and not necessary to the safety of the vehicle), to wait and keep an eye on it. Jerry and Matt are wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend this business for any repairs or maintenance you need for your vehicle(s).

Owner has worked here since he was a teenager and purchased the place from his boss in 07. After they worked on my car a few times, there is no doubt the longevity comes from great customer service, honesty, and speed. Great stuff! I advise.

Best experience at an automotive shop I’ve ever had in my entire life. Jere and Fred were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met let alone let alone that I’ve done business with. I mean that, they are just some of the best people in any industry let alone the automotive industry. They really saved me during a cross country move. They took their time making sure the repair was done correctly and kept me in the loop throughout the repair. They do top notch work, they don’t give you the run around, and above all else are passionate people. You’d be crazy to take your car anywhere else. I’d trust these guys to the moon and back.
