Sunnyvale Car Wash

I asked the attendant how I can pay for the car wash as I was trying to pay at the gas pump and he said I can pay there. I asked if I can get gas after and he said yes. However, I saw the gas discount wasn’t applied. Apparently, you have to pay gas and car wash in one transaction to get the car wash discount and that wasn’t clear to me. I asked multiple questions about this process. A suggestion for the owner would be to ask if a customer plans to get gas also especially if I’m asking about the gas while paying for the car wash. He said I didn’t explicitly say I was going to pay for gas and wash in one transaction. Well then, make that clear to a first timer please as it’s not written anywhere. The wait is also very long.

I was in this car wash, and as you see, that was the best experience I've ever had. Brushless and cleaning were amazing! I really appreciate that. Also they have a really nice and clean store with kind and helpful customer service.

Good cars wash. Just make sure you're not using the advertised "Way.com" App. Their app is not working and they will not refund your money. You can pay for the car wash at the location itself, no need for an App for that

Way app worked OK* for me BUT doing it this way robbed me of the touchless option which I vastly prefer. Drier wasn't that great. *Another hiccup with the Eay is that the app shows the car wash to be 0.2 miles away from the actual location

Do not download the Way.com app to get the unlimited wash. The app does NOT work at this location even after you scan the QR code as instructed. Calling their tech support does not help, and there is no way to refund your money. It’s a terrible experience.
