The last dollar I’ll give them. My wife has gone here for years. I recently bought a $20 exterior wash and hand dry. The hand dry was 20 seconds at most of lightly touching various locations around the car with a towel. At the end the car still had bugs all over it, dirt spots, and blue soap streaks running down everywhere. I told the manager how disappointed I was and showed him the wash and he suggested I pay for a $35 deluxe wash to fix it. I told him I paid for a wash and dry and that’s what I expect. He agreed to try it again and the results were very much the same. We will take our business elsewhere.

Believe the bad reviews because they’re warranted. $15 for literally nothing. They owe their customers refunds for a service not performed. Their “car wash” doesn’t actually wash cars clean nor dry them and their staff hand drying do a terrible job and left visible dirt on the windshield and hood. Not sure how they’re still in business but they shouldn’t be.

Terrible experience. They left stains in the car. I paid 150 USD for cleaning the car and they basically damaged it. Stay away from it. The stains they left were blue and their uniforms are the same color. Despite of that, they tried to explain why it makes sense that the stain was there :S I need to admit it was my bad for not researching before dropping the car over there. Not even basic things like removing the dust. Do not take your car ever here. You´ll do yourself a favor.

Negative 5 stars. I went to car wash today at this place, and came back with a cracked windshield. The discussion with manager did not help, as he seemed drunk but seemed to convinced it happens often with 20% of cars anyway during summer. I’ve never imagined the experience would be so bad here.
