Alfonso, the body shop manager, is simply AMAZING! On the day I moved to the South Bay, some “friendly neighbors” smashed in several of my Jeep’s windows and stole whatever they could grab (which was a lot, because my car was packed for moving). Upon discovering the break-in, I didn’t really know what to do, so I called SCDJR, selected the “body shop” option, and had the good fortune of being connected with Alfonso. Alfonso could have told me to call an auto glass repair company and hung up, but instead he went above and beyond to help me. Alfonso had me email him some photos of the damage so he could assess whether repairs to anything beyond the glass itself would be needed. Just had my vehicle in the service center for two weeks for an oil leak repair and other work. When I went to pick up the vehicle the underside of the vehicle was still covered in oil. Reading the paperwork after the repair the tech has in his warranty story cleans oil spill and recheck. There was no oil cleaned from my vehicle. The service advisor told me it was my responsibility to clean the leaked oil.

I had a wonderful experience with Hamed in the Service department. The car is running like new now and the service performed was a great value for my 2017 Renegade. Also. the Renegade has never needed more than routine maintenance over the life of the car, which is about 10 years old now.

Service was straight forward, cordial, and to the point. I would give a 5 star, but there are few factors I wanted to address. My seller Shadi was friendly and nice, however didn’t ask the right questions or had any input on what I might want to know, wish I was engaged more in the functions of my vehicle of choice. Or like, fun facts maybe? First time buying a used EV, a Tesla model 3. I came in not knowing much and left pretty much the same. I had to watch an YouTube video to teach myself. Got home to find out, there isn’t any front driver or front passenger floor mats. I found the rear seats floor mat in trunk and a charger which is nice. But no front seats. I followed up and showed her through text and picture that the car was passed due on tire rotation, air filter, and wiper
