Negative stars if I could. I recently had a disappointing experience at the Volkswagen service center while getting recall repairs for the door handle on my ID.4. Unfortunately, they returned my car with a damaged door handle, which is completely unacceptable. It’s frustrating to see such incompetence when it comes to something as basic as a door handle check. If they can’t handle simple repairs without causing more damage, I worry about their ability to deal with more complex issues. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for your service needs. It’s concerning when a service center can’t perform even the most fundamental tasks. Zero stars from me. Avoid this place if you value your vehicle!

Took my car in for a 40k service and asked them to check one of my rear tires because it was losing pressure. They told me they didn’t find any punctures. I later took my car to another auto repair shop, and they immediately found a nail in the tire. Disappointing experience. Be aware of this place, as they didn’t do a thorough job.

The service of my 2019 VW Beetle was impressively thorough and truly above and beyond what I expected. I half expected the team to tuck it in with a bedtime story when they were done. They kept me updated at every step-so much so, I felt like my car had its own social media feed. Best part? My Beetle keeps proving it's built like a tank but drives like a charm.
