Do not take your car to this shop! They are ridiculously overpriced and do not know how to run a business, it’s no wonder why they are never busy. My car was supposed to be picked up Saturday, the job wasn’t completed and told me I could pick it up first thing Monday morning, I called them 3 times throughout the day and was told 20 min before close to come get the car, they misquoted me TWICE and asked for an additional $200 at pick up because the lady at the counter doesn’t know how to quote pricing and when confronted with the error she caused, walked away from me because she was “busy” even tho the shop had closed at this point. I will never take any vehicle of mine to this shop, worst service I have ever experienced. They need to remove the lady who works there because she can’t handle

I have had a few experiences both with the repair shop and with the friendly tow drivers at IN-Tune through AAA. They have ALWAYS been super friendly and helpful and definitely arrived within a decent time frame. The last experience I had was having my 02 Jeep cherokee towed and the driver, Pete went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle home safe. I have used them to replace an alternator once on a BMW X5 I used to own and they were super fast, did a great job and did not overcharge me. Thank you guys for all your help :)

I broke down and was towed by their Intune, being absolutely frustrated with mechanic issue and repair shops I was convinced they were the place Id be well taken care of and they assured me they were AAA approved. BE AWARE THEY ARE NOT AAA APPROVED! $1500for a tune up and my van still shake rattles and smokes. I was told my van runs good and it ran and continues to run poorly. I had bring it to someone else who actually could perform the work that this Sunoco place did.

Towing service is the WORST. Do not get your car towed here, request another tow company. Poor customer service, hours of operations suck, they do not return phones more less pick up when you are calling. Gas station employees are useless. I am going to report their business practices to BBB. I will continue to follow up with BBB to make sure my complaint is filed and documented. City of Norwalk you need to drop them as a tow contractor and deal with honest tow companies - obvious racket going on at this establishment.

Excellent over the phone assistance! Reasonably priced! My water pump died on my 99 Camry and they had no problem accepting my car for repair. I'll come back and review the results. Ask for Bobby! -Peter-
