Sunset Auto Inspections

Had my car inspected Tuesday, 10/28/25, and the service was quick. Did not realize I was charged for tinted windows until the next day. Called the auto shop, 10/30/25, to let them know they charged me for tinted windows and I don’t have any. The woman who answered the phone was so unprofessional and rude at hello it was shocking. I told her about the charge and she responded asking me how they know I didn’t take the tint off my windows. If they charged me for window tints, I should have said something the day I brought my car in. I asked her how do you take window tints off and she said you can pull them off. I asked to speak with Mike, the manager, and she tells him about my concern and then tells me I can bring my car back for them to look at it. I asked this rude woman if I could speak

Took my truck in for inspection and it had a code for the catalytic converter. Well Mike walked us through what to do and where to go. If it wasn't for him going out of his way I would have gotten a tag. I never had to have inspections in my 57 years but they made it easy. Thanks for everything.

This shop makes annual inspection easy and without hassle. The technician are funny and work quickly to get the job done.
