Super Car Wash

Was pleasantly surprised when I got my car washed and this place actually did a great job 👍 I actually found a place where I got what I paid for. Inside of car was thoroughly cleaned. Got the dirt off the back of my seat. Will definitely be going back.

I almost never leave negative reviews, but this visit was extremely disappointing. I paid $65 for a full-service wash with wax and interior. When I got the car back, the seats were still covered in crumbs, and when I lifted the carpet it was obvious the interior hadn’t been properly vacuumed. When I asked for a manager, I was told there wasn’t one available. A worker then explained that cleaning the seats costs an additional $5 per seat, which was never mentioned when I paid for a full interior service. That was surprising and honestly made no sense given the package I purchased. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, but the quality has clearly changed. Ive been coming here for a few years now and the service has dropped exponentially. I had noticed visible dirty spots in the car in the past but this time is just mesmerizing. From the rude person in the beginning telling me to throw out the 2 empty bottles of water and that its not his job (?) to throw them out for me. To visible bad cleaning jobs. This will be the last time I go there. Very unprofessional for the 42 dollar cleaning I requested. Bonus, when they brought back the car from the “shining” of the rims and the tires, this is what I got when the guy opened the door to get out of my car. The guys cleaning the other cars and nobody batted an eye. I can add more photos but this should be all you need. Bottomline, if u want to overpay for a mid car wash, this is your place. Update:

$30 service for basically an exterior wash and the two front mats to be sprayed with water. Car was poorly vacuumed, seats were left untouched. The interior dash wasn’t wiped down nor any of the seats or doors. I didn’t have time to run in and explain that nothing was done. I understand they want more for a simple wipe down but 90% of places charging $30 give you a simple wipe down. Early Sunday morning with only 3 cars in line. Place is not what it used to be to be.

This car wash is pretty amazing. The people that work there are very nice and professional. They go above and beyond to make people happy. If we the customers would just take a second to read the options. We get what we pay for and more. The reviews about the cashier at the front desk are absolutely false. She is very nice sweet and respectful person!!! You can’t go being disrespectful to her or anyone for that matter and not expect people to respond the way you deserve!!! Also if people need to be reminded a cashier is NOT a Janitor. The owner wouldn’t keep unprofessional employees at this Carwash I know that for a fact and the same wonderful people have been there for years. They work hard and keep moving well.
