Super Star Car Wash - Cotton Ln & Waddell Rd

I have been coming here for over a year. Everything is usually great. However I came this Saturday and every clean towel bin had towels just thrown in there. I thought well it must be super busy. I came back the following day, Sunday. The exact same situation. Every clean bin had towels just thrown in there. All of the glass cleaner bottles were empty. Yet there are at least 3 people working. Either step up their game or I will take my business somewhere else. I understand weekends are busy. But I also pay just like everyone else. I should be able to have the same experience.

I had a great experience at this car wash thanks to Alex (short brown hair). He was super friendly and took his time explaining all the car wash options to me. He also told me about the December deal, which I really appreciated. Most of the time car wash attendants aren’t very helpful, but Alex was the complete opposite. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Great customer service like this really stands out. Alex did an awesome job!

*update* If you see the generic response below please know it means nothing. I reached out several times and I was told tough luck basically, and they will not take responsibility for their faulty machines. The only way to get my car fixed is going through lawyers. The Carwash malfunctioned in front of us, spun the ladies car in front while we were all in neutral and being in the middle of two cars. The Carwash is taking no responsibility even though no one was actually operating our vehicles as they were in neutral and under the Carwash employees supervision. It took them a long time to stop after what seemed like a lifetime of us honking our cars. Teddy Colemen who is the rep for them sent his regards and “apologized for any frustrations” but not course not taking responsibility to fix

I had a really good experience at this car wash. The employee Tanner, who helped me did a great job recommending the right wash for my vehicle, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. My car came out extremely clean — the exterior was spotless, the wheels looked great, and everything was finished quickly. The service was professional, efficient, and worth the price. I appreciated that the recommendation wasn’t just an upsell, but something that actually delivered good results. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality and convenience.

My family was at the carwash and it malfunctioned causing the car in front of us to jam, and the car behind us to hit our car. It continued for minutes of all three cars moving back and forth hitting one another on their tracks while in neutral. Their investigator claims he did a thorough investigation which is false. If he had, he would see the points on the machine it needs fixing. Oh and BTW, Teddy Coleman who supposedly investigated is based in New Jersey so how can he do a thorough investigation the day of, from Jersey? They notified us that we have been denied any fixing of our cars and that their decision is final. Their customer service is rude and avoids all responsibility. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to take a chance on their faulty systems and get your car smash
