Super Star Car Wash - Marshall Ave & El Cajon Blvd

Last week was my first time trying Super Wash. Everyone was super helpful. I did have to do a lot of touch up work after going through the wash....too much in my opinion for $30. The facility is nice though and I like the cloths they offer!

Josh was hands down one of the best workers I’ve dealt with in a long time. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. He took the time to explain things clearly, answered every question without rushing, and made sure everything was done correctly before wrapping up. It’s rare to come across someone who combines skill, attention to detail, and great customer service the way Josh does. He’s a huge asset to this place, and because of him, I’d absolutely recommend this business to anyone. Thanks again, Josh!

Have used this place for a long time and prefer it to other car washes in the area, but for the past few visits from the 10 towels I grabbed and checked they all have a very gross odor, and are so wet that they are unable to dry off my car and just streak the water. Disappointed in this fact and have me wondering if it is worth trying other places. Hoping in the next few visits they will have clean, dry, and usable towels that do not leave such a bad smell at the stations. Besides that the wash was good, and the vacuums all worked well.

Had a disappointing experience at super star car wash El Cajon today. I paid for a $22 single wash and was not satisfied with the quality of the wash. Starry is an automatic drive through, so I went back to the attendant and requested a second wash to bring the unsatisfactory job into something acceptable. The attendant said that he thought the wash was acceptable and that I had only paid for one wash so as far as he could see I had gotten what I had paid for. I responded with “does this look like a clear truck to you?” And he said “it looks adequately clean for a single wash but if you’re interested in the monthly membership plan we can upgrade you and you could get unlimited washes.” I said really!? I didn’t see mostly washed car wash in the title, and frankly for $22 I am feeling pretty
