Super Star Car Wash - Rendon Crowley Rd & Monarch Hwy

Stopped by Super Star Car Wash and had a really good experience. The wash did a great job getting the car clean and the equipment seemed well maintained. The staff was friendly and the process was quick and easy from start to finish. One thing I really liked was the free vacuum area, the vacuums were strong and they also had towels and wipes available which made it easy to finish cleaning the inside of the car. Overall the facility looked clean and well organized. Definitely a solid spot if you’re looking for a fast, convenient car wash.

The back of my car was just as dirty after the wash as it was before. I paid for a full car wash and only received a 90% car wash. Manager explained that their car wash doesn't clean the back of SUVs and said he didn't know how dirty my suv was before I ran it through but that it just won't get the back clean and offered to run it through again and it still was filthy. So they charge you for a full car wash knowing your SUV won't be clean after you go through.

Very happy with Super Star! Great car wash, but more impressed with the Burleson (1187/35) staff. They have provided the best customer service experience I have received in a long time. Even through there is a dedicated membership lane, someone always personally comes out to great me with a smile. Same for the person guiding me into the car wash … smile, hands me an air freshener & dash wipe and wishes me a good day. Always a great experience!
