I went in for a free car wash that was offered on their website. Nice modern equipment, efficient operation and plenty of vacuums. Free dash wipes and air fresheners along with plenty of towels to dry off your car.

I had to leave this review because Edwin at Super Star Car Wash seriously went ABOVE AND BEYOND. From the second I pulled up, he greeted me with energy and respect like I actually mattered — not just another car in line. My car was looking rough, and Edwin didn’t just wave me through. He took his time, made sure I understood the wash options, and even pointed out a couple spots that needed extra attention. He prepped my car carefully and made sure everything was set before sending me through. That kind of attention to detail is rare. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. He wasn’t rushing, wasn’t annoyed, wasn’t acting like he hated his job — he was locked in and making sure customers left happy. That kind of work ethic deserves recognition. Good morning, good afternoon or good evening which ever the case may be. I went to this location, over.the weekend,.it was packed. It didn't matter though,.cause they were super friendly, on that busy day. One guy, was very helpful, Jay or Jerry was his name. O really appreciated it too. My car honestly looked better leaving than it did the day I bought it. He didn’t rush, he didn’t cut corners, and he made sure every inch was spotless inside and out. The customer service was top tier — respectful, patient, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about quality and making sure the customer is happy. I went to carewash on Saturday, Jan 31, 2026 while waiting in line a young lady went from car to car to tell us a chain was broken inside the car wash. I'll take about 10 minutes. It was longer than that. People started backing up. I was one of them. I decided to vacuum and just come back another day. That day was today. Paid 21.00. That was for waxing and tire shine. I really plurge today. Normally it's 10.00. To make a long story short. Once I went through car wash my car was still wet and no tire shine. I went right back and was told the top dryers didn't work and they ran out the tire shine. I wanted a refund or a credit. I was told I couldn't get either one. They could tell that I was about to lose my temper, so a young man Andres decided to dry my car manually. A shout out to him .
