Washington brake and Alignment Inc

Took my truck there in August to get an oil leak fixed well they called me and told me they broke three bolts off and I needed a new exhaust manifold and this would cost me $100. Well I was all right with that. I just wanted to get my truck back cause I had it for a week to fix the oil leak well when I went and paid for the repair I checked the oil and it was a quart low what shop does not check the oil and top it off well three weeks later my transmission goes out after they worked on it and the shop. It’s at now. Says they found on driver side exhaust manifold, only two of the three bolts or in the exhaust pipe flange and only one of the three torque converter bolts was tightened, and the transmission cooler lines were loose and leaking fluid and finally, instead of unhooking a exhaust p

I went here for awhile they were the only place I trusted with my car until this last time. Took my car in they said I needed all mrw struts, control arms, and an alignment after I replac my front tires so I replaced them took it back they said maybe a day or 2 which was cool totally fine take your time so it's done properly m they ended up having it 4 days I go in to pick it up he was telling me how it went with everything even how it was alil difficult to do the alignment as good as they supposedly did partial car. This is important to know. Anyhow I get my car back drive it like 2 days notice it's now bouncy in the back end it wasn't before it was in the front so I call them take it back in they check it they say they forgot to do the alignment that they charged me for. Took two of my vehicles to get fixed here. Both ran worse coming out then they did going in. They had my vehicles for weeks with no loaner vehicle. They forgot to tighten a caliper bolt, forgot to plug in my throttle body sensor, and told me something else was wrong (which I just found out was a lie). Took my vehicle to Martin Tire & Auto and they had it fixed in a few hours. Will never go to Washington Break and Alignment ever again. Either they had no idea what they were doing or they were trying to scam me.

Washington Brake and Alignment is under new management, and wow, what a difference! The place is filled with both laughter and hard work—who knew those could go hand in hand? 😄 Tim and Tyler are getting things done, and they have high standards when it comes to quick, reliable service. I saw firsthand how Tim is turning things around, especially when a delivery took way longer than expected, and he wasn’t having it. It’s refreshing to have a place where you not only get top-notch service but also feel good about supporting honest, hardworking folks who know how to have a little fun while they work. My car is running perfectly, and I got to enjoy some witty banter while it was being worked on. Great job, guys! 👏 Keep it up!

These guys were great to work with. I went in thinking my car needed an alignment. After looking it over they called me to let me know the alignment was fine, my front rotors were the issue. I appreciated their honesty, they didn’t just go ahead and do an alignment that I didn’t need. We scheduled a time that week to replace the rotors/ break pads. Dropped the car off in the morning, picked it up in the afternoon and the problem was fixed. No more shaking in the steering wheel. All in all I would highly recommend them
