This was an unexpected “First-Class” and “White-Glove” BLESSING for my 35th (or more) car purchase. I truly did not think this would be anything special and would have the same struggles for weeks on end that I experienced elsewhere. Man was I wrong!!!! You can tell Joe takes this family business seriously and I will for sure be back when it’s time for another vehicle. He’s got a concierge mechanic that is basically onsite 24/7 and he held my hand making me feel like the only customer for a purchase that was under $10k. Wow. Just WOW!!!!!!!!!

I called to inquire about the 2020 Chevy Equinox and spoke with Louie ( such an amazing man). The process was smooth I drove 2 and a half hours on a Friday morning to purchase the Equinox. Louie was very nice from the very first time speaking with him on the phone and he kept his word that he would hold the SUV for me and that’s exactly what he did. No hidden fees I paid exactly what he quoted me over the phone. I’m just amazed how good his customer service is and how smooth everything went from the second I ever spoke to Louie.
