Exceptional service and the tow truck drivers are very polite and very reliable, all their trucks are clean and reliable. And their Automotive repair and commercial truck and trailer service is top notch. Superior Automotive & Towing is by far one of the best in the area. I’m writing this review to commend one of the employees here. In mid-January while I was driving to work, I got into an accident on 422 right outside of Audubon and ended up stuck in a wet muddy ditch in the freezing cold and snow. I was stuck there for 3.5 hours waiting for help. AAA sent Jason from Lenny’s Auto out to help me, but because of the traffic and the angle my car was stuck at, he wasn’t able to get to me — he would’ve either gotten hit by a car or gotten stuck himself, so he had to call the state police to get someone out to block off traffic. While we were waiting for the police, Carrie (from Superior) heard about the situation and showed up completely on her own to help — she wasn’t even called out, she came voluntarily. I was recently involved in an accident on 422 and the state trooper called these folks in. They winched my car out of a snow/ice filled median. Though it was no easy task, the two employees who assisted me were friendly and efficient. It was a terrible day but having one thing go right made a big difference!

I had a tow and it was a immediate response police dispatch they charge 250 for the service and I for some reason was charged twice coming to a 595 dollar bill. Absolutely ridiculous just because you have a contract with the state police doesn't mean you can price couge people. SMH

I cannot say enough good things about Rick from Superior automotive. He was an absolute angel who rescued us from the side of the highway. Response time was incredibly quick and Rick was fantastic.
