EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had to yell that so everyone can understand how great their overall service is. FAST! We were in and out. Also, they are kind and patient with elderly customers. We spoke mostly with Anthony. He is truly appreciated. Thank you so much guys. Y'ALL ARE AWESOME!!!

Took my car in for a smog, they kept it for over a month could not figure out what was wrong with it , they got upset when I questioned why is it taking so long and told me to come pick my car up. They parked it outside with a flat tire all they had to do was put air in it Wich kinda shows me what kind of people they are for Christ sake when I turned the key the signal shows 11 percent air right tire but that'wasnt there problem I guess. After picking my car up I realized they did not reconnect several wires to my air pump and other devices. They basically took it apart and gave it back to me in pieces they refused to give me a paper showing me what they did since they could not charge me for the work since they didn't fix nothing my car drives 10 times worse then when I took it in my hea

Superior Automotive is VERY accurately named. I am consistently impressed with their customer service and mechanic services they provide. Anthony (front office) is ALWAYS smiling, very friendly, and gladly answers all my questions or will go the extra mile and find the answer and then get back to me. Ricardo (owner) always takes time to explain everything in detail and will even bring the broken parts into the office to show me how they broke and how they are supposed to work. My Dad had always been my mechanic until he passed a few years ago. I really struggled to find a mechanic after that, especially one that I felt comfortable with and could build trust with. I follow the service advisor where ever she works. Shes moved here last year and this is my second time coming here. Street parking. See photos for prices. The employees are all so friendly. Quick service. Same day smogs. Full automotive services not just smogs.
