Superior Towing

My car broke down at work and I had to get it towed, I asked for recommendations and luckily my mechanic recommended this company. Jim was super friendly and helpful, he made a stressful situation much easier by his demeanor. If ever put in a similar situation I would want Jim. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. Have used them for many years. They triple charged for a 15 mile tow $2300!!! Refused to honor Lebanon Twp police request to tow to my property which was 5 minutes up the road. Had to pay another towing company to get property out of Superior's impound lot and to my house. Their cost was way less for doing the same job. Would never recommend Superior Towing to anyone.

Decent did have to wait 3 hours however weather was in single digits. Bill was pricey but was able to come to agreement on price.

My van broke down on the side of a very busy road and my small children were with me. He came quickly, and didn't have a problem waiting to load up the van so that my kids could stay in the car until our ride arrived. I've had to use a few towing services over the years, but this was hands down the best experience. Great price, plus quick and kind service! Highly recommend! THANK YOU!!

I dont normally post reviews but I had to in this case. I needed my car towed twice within 48 hours. I used two different companies and my experience with each couldn't be more opposite. Superior really showed that they were superior in both customer service and experience over the other company. They deserve 5 stars. The superior driver was so pleasant. He was also patient and took the time to figure out how to put my car into neutral with a broken gear shift. This prevented my car from being damaged while pulling it on and off the tow truck which was something the other company did not do. I cant express how happy I was with the service I got from Superior.
