I do not recommend coming here, I am just another customer in their books 😒. My experience in the beginning was great, but when I came in with a car that needed to pass inspection then it became awful. I came in with a car almost a year back trying to get it fixed to pass inspection only to fail every time I went. All they did was tell me the car wouldn't pass and did not give me a solution. And when they gave me a solution I would buy the exact part I needed myself only then at the end find out the car wouldn't pass. It would become wrong part wrong solution. Out of time constraints and recommendation I went to a different garage and I was told that I spent too much time and money on unnecessary fixes at this garage. I Highly DO NOT recommend going to this place. Terrible service from start to finish. This is on behalf of my bf. He was supposed to get his valve covered gaskets and oil filter housing gasket change on his 2015 Audi A6 and they kept giving him the runaround each time he asked if the part came in or whether he could have his car finally worked on. This has been going on since the BEGINNING of April. It’s now April 24th….so around 3 weeks has passed by and finally he was just fed up and chose to find another mechanic. They are dishonest and lack transparency with their customers so you’re better going off elsewhere!!!

Quick and Good service. Reliable store. But the reason i am giving 4 star because i took a used car for inspection before buying and they missed that the windshield have a 4 inch crack and the seller put something that made it less noticeable but the whole purpose of taking it to shop was to get the car checked.

Where do i begin, I’ve been to this shop multiple times for repairs. I was referred by my coworker who speaks highly of them. My last visit 11/23/24 and 11/29/24. I was treated so poorly. I’m not sure if they’re racist or homophobic. I was charged one hundred for an inspection that passed and another customer was charged fifty dollars for the same thing with broken windshield wipers smh. I’ll stick with the dealership where everyone is treated the same!
