Surf Thru Express Car Wash

We arrived in Kennewick after a long drive from Northwest Montana, and our car was absolutely filthy. Nico greeted us when we pulled in and immediately made the experience memorable. He was incredibly friendly, asked how our trip was going, welcomed us to Kennewick, and provided the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore. The wash itself was top-notch — our car came out spotless from top to bottom. The facility was very clean and easy to navigate, and the vacuum area was impressive with plenty of stations available. They even had rags and cleaner available so we could tidy up the inside of the car, which was a great touch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Great service, great wash, and a very well-run facility. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

I went there for the first time today and I will definitely be going back. The staff was kind and courteous and my car was thoroughly cleaned! Mind you I got the base wash and I appreciate that they do multiple rounds of soap and water. I feel like it got a lot of the grime out. Definitely recommend!

Just went through for my first time and I've used every car wash in the Tri-Cities and I have to say I'm extremely impressed. My car looks like it just left the showroom floor!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this car wash really did a great job. I tried the ceramic wash, and it made a big difference my car looks fantastic. The staff was fun, friendly and full of energy which I loved and it was all pretty quick and easy. I’ll be back for sure. I hope to see more of these Surf Thru car washes around town.

I absolutely love this car wash! I usually go to the Pasco location, but I was so excited to see the Kennewick location open up. The service is amazing as always super friendly staff, quick, and the wash always leaves my car looking spotless. You can really tell they care about their customers. I can’t wait to see this place continue to expand even more.
