Sweat Tire of Atmore

I was the first customer there. Simple rotate and balance, took them an hour and a half to take 4 tires off, add weights and put them back on. Then, since I got the tires through them I didn't have to pay for rotation, just the balance, which is now 65$! TO BALANCE 4 TIRES IS 65$. I will never use that shop again

Great, helpful, and friendly staff! They were not able to fix my issue due to it ending up being a manufacturer's issue and needing to be fixed at a dealership, but they didn't charge a diagnostic fee, which was a blessing! Will definitely be back for maintenance work.

I asked them to do a few things. Check my fuel pump, spark plugs, my headlights were very dim or sometimes wouldn’t work. They wired my headlights straight to my ignition I’m guessing because when I turn my truck on they come on, I can’t turn em off at all. My can lights use to come on and they don’t now. Sometimes my truck doesn’t even start. While I’m driving it’s died on me multiple times. I called and left voicemails but got no call back. It use to take a few times to crank but now it’s a lot more often. I spent 2500 dollars for them to fix it and it is actually worse now. I got to drive home to Louisiana and pray that it will make it or I get to miss Christmas with my family. Oh and now i smell something burning when im done driving it. That never happened before I brought it.

I too had to make an unexpected stop in Atmore. Our truck was backfiring and losing power while towing our travel trailer. It was thanksgiving day, so nobody was open. So we found Magnolia branch wildlife reserve, got in a space and were told that Sweat Tire had a good reputation. I took the truck to them and they found the problem quickly. A day later and 400 miles and it’s running great. Huge thanks to everyone at Sweats Tire in Atmore AL.
