Steve Peters gave us exceptional and excellent service Saturday, December 21, 2024. We purchased a surprise 2025 KTM 85 for grandson. I have never seen my grandson smile so much in one day. Big kudos to him and staff. We will definitely recommend Swope to everyone.

The day we moved to Newport (in June), our Mazda CX9 broke down. We had it towed to the Mazda dealer in New Bern. We were told the car needed a new wiring harness (back ordered until November)and the parts were $2500.00. Yesterday I dropped the car off at a Swope (Rt 24, Newport) which is only about a quarter mile from our house. Mike determined that the issue was essentially being caused by loose wire. Problem was fixed; saving us thousands. I highly recommend Swope! 👍😅

Great pre-purchase experience with the owner. He accommodated the fact that I couldn't bring the car to his shop, so he met me and the seller almost an hour away to help inspect a modified car. He provided advice and offered support, whether I decided to move forward with the car or not. Thanks Mike!

Finding a shop in this area, that does quality motor work. Internal motor work at that. Mike takes pride in his work, I like the fact that Mike doesn't rush a job, he is thorough.
