Sylvester Towing

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have not spoken with one person who was in the least bit pleasant. The owner is rude and has hung up on me, and also insulted my family. My car was towed after an accident and the man who took my car did not say a word to me, and didn't even tell me where he was taking my car. I have never experienced more awful customer service in my life. They also don't take AAA, I strongly advise you to use All Cape, for your towing needs.

Was told when I could get things from my vehicle, get there an hour and 15 minutes before they close and they're already locked up and gone. No one answering the phone finally get thru and they basically tell me tough luck, try again tomorrow

Don’t bother calling them. They are not likely to show up and you will never get ahold of them. Call someone else.

I received the most rude customer service I’ve ever experienced.

When others said no they said yes. Helped me when I needed it the most. Fair and professional. Will call first in the future. Thank you Sylvester towing.
