Synergy Auto Wash

We were met at the pay station by a nice girl who asked what kind of wash we wanted. We asked if they had vacuums because we did not see them when we pulled in. We wanted a nice wash and was going to sweep it out at the end. Like most car washes offer. She said yes over there. So we paid for an exterior wash. The 2 guys washing the car were wiping the car down. The passenger side was wiped down good while the kid on the driver side played on his cellphone and totally missed the whole front bumper and hood. We went on thru and they dried it off. We pulled up to sweep it out and was told we could not do that, you had to pay to do it yourself. Since when? I paid for a whole car wash and got half washed and then you want to charge me to sweep it out MYSELF?? Do better!

First time we have been to this car wash and probably our last. It was not what everyone stated it would be. Car was still not clean. Inside seats was not vacuumed, console was still dirty. 2 wheels had been cleaned and 2 wheels were not. Back glass was streaked and dirty. Not sure why this cost $32, but I'll not do it again. Was very disappointed. Pictures added.

I will come here again for my car to be cleaned. I am new to coming to this business and was unsure how they operate. I wish there were signs to explain it better than telling me you drive through. But also an arrow for an exit the business would be nice. Thanks for cleaning my car! You all did a fabulous job.

Paid for the Platinum service. This was supposed to clean my car inside and out! None of my dash was wiped down, consoles, seats, doors, nothing. The trash was left sitting there in my car. The windows were smudged because they were reusing clothes. I will NEVER return. I'm advising you to stay away! Do better Synergy!

Took my car there last week and the inside windows weren’t cleaned, the console wasn’t cleaned, the carpet near the back window wasn’t vacuumed, and the radio/ controls weren’t cleaned. I took my truck there today and directly voiced my disappointment with my car and ask that my truck be cleaned properly. I was assured it would be and was even told “ I am over that part today. I will go look at it when it’s done”. Well, look at the pics. My Mamaw took her car to Crescent car wash every week and they did a great job. She would roll over in her grave if she could see the service rendered there now.
