I’m thrilled with my 2024 Ford F-150 Power Boost from T&R Auto. The truck was in excellent condition, rides perfectly, and the entire process, from payment to title transfer, was seamless. It’s a fully loaded, high-end vehicle, so I had a bit of buyer’s hesitation, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary. I have put about 5,000 miles on it and it’s been flawless. If negative stars were an option, this place would definitely earn them! This was, without a doubt, the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I believed I was purchasing a reliable used vehicle, but instead, I was handed a lemon. The moment I drove off the lot, the check engine light came on. After taking it to two different mechanics, I was given repair estimates exceeding $10,000—just to make it pass emissions. This car is a safety hazard and completely unroadworthy, and Tony knew it when he sold it to me. Despite this, he has refused to take any responsibility and has been ignoring me ever since.
