We were driving back from MN to KC and had a possible car issue. On a Sunday, with not many open mechanics available, we called these folks and they had someone look over our car to give us great peace of mind for the 6 hour drive. Super nice people and we were very grateful

A tow truck loaded with a vehicle, pulled out right infront of us after a morning snowfall with very slick roads. This happened right in-front of the business. So we rolled in to see if he had anything to say, He proceeds to stick a finger in my mom's face and say "Don't drive a white car in the winter." Confirming the truck driver is negligent to human life, We went inside. Management and front desk was incapable of taking accountability and the whole company has blatant disregard for human life. If they don't care about a crash they almost caused they won't be caring for your property either. They were also afraid to give me their names. Sir I am trying to be extremely professional regarding what I'm saying regarding the actions of your team. Picking up the phone and hanging up without saying anything is extremely unprofessional. And I was just simply making a recommendation that you revise your hours online so that your customers are better informed in the future. However I can very easily point out a lot of things that you said to the other people reviewing that were very false mostly including time frame that the vehicle was there.
