Matti was very helpful she cleaned my mats by power washing them so helpful! The vacuum are awesome the pick up everything and even have air to blow hard to reach areas! Carwash gets the car super clean no spots with spot free rinse!

I just had such a great experience here that I felt like I needed to leave a review. This car wash only had two staff members working, and they were both extremely friendly and professional. While I was there, I unfortunately watched a customer yell at one of the employees over what looked like an issue with the iPad system. Even after that, she walked right over to me with a genuine smile and kindly helped me purchase my wash. That kind of composure and professionalism deserves recognition. Please remember to be patient and kind, especially when places are short-staffed. The team here is great and no doubt doing their absolute best! As for the wash itself, my car came out very clean. Finn and Casey were super helpful. I hadn’t gone through an automated car wash like this before, and they made sure that my bike rack was taken off and carried through by them so it wouldn’t get damaged. They were super careful with my car and helped me through the whole process. I am a happy customer and I’ll be back!

Almost a year ago, I wrote a suggestive review. And it's still the same here... it's pointless, and I wonder, is it worth paying $27.99 a month when the equipment doesn't work? The vacuum cleaner and the air compressor don't work, and the nearest Tag in Go is in Lehi. Is this Midvale Tag in Go abandoned?
