Take 5 Oil Change

12/16/25 Let’s just say the best thing I got from my visit, was a bottle of water. I don’t know if I just caught this place at a bad day considering the good ratings it has here, but several mistakes were made that makes me nervous for anyone bringing their vehicle here. I am mechanically inclined, currently manage a diesel shop and is an active tech. I could do my own work on my vehicle but for warranty purposes and record keeping i take my vehicle for routine maintenance like this oil change. With that said… I will say the two gentlemen I dealt with seemed nice, but the service I feel took longer than it should, shop looked like it was poorly managed and guys were scrambling. The Team that took care of me today was exceptional. This was my first time at Take 5 and I couldn't be more happier with my visit. Alonda explained everything so well and and answered all my questions. Thank you to the whole team that did my oil change today. Alonda, Mason, and Darby were great! Highly recommend this place. I kinda got there late they are open till 7 but they were super friendly and treated my car as if it was one of their own. I have an older car and they took the time to look at things that could be going. Topped off the fluides changed the oil tested it and gave me discounts too. Yes it is a bit much but I don't know where you can get an oil change under 100 dollars with all that services they provide. I have been going here for over a year and very please with everything they do and the time they take to look at your car while being serviced.

Stopped in for an oil change. Mason, the manager and the young lady who took care of my vehicle were awesome! They were very professional, kept me informed of what they were doing and were all around nice people. Highly recommend!
