Take 5 Oil Change

Brian & his team were awesome. They were able to immediately help with an oil change (when another location advised I take the vehicle to a Kia dealer instead due to placement of the oil filter). I could not have asked for a better team or experience and Wadsworth location has earned a customer for life from that one single visit.

They were super fast, explained everything, didn’t upsell too hard which I appreciate being a woman. But let me know what needed done! Also gave me complimentary water and topped off fluids and cleaned windshield which I was thankful of since the car washes were so full that day. Wonderful job and my kiddo stayed asleep in the back the whole time, will be back!

To whom it may concern, I am VERY unsatisfied. I googled take 5, clicked the nearest one and called to inquire about prices on an oil change. She quoted me $82 but that she would send me a coupon to my phone that would take the price down to $57.99. I said ok I will be in. I arrived, the whole entire building smelled of marijuana. The only good thing was that the oil change was quick. The African American Man who cashed me out showed me my air filter and said I needed a new one. He stated they normally run $28 but would sell it to me for $11. I agreed thinking that was a deal. When he told my total he said $79.23 I asked how this was when I just spoke to a lady on the phone who quoted me $57.99. He said “the lady you talked to doesn’t know what she’s talking about that’s just a call center

Not very interested in selling.. seemed happy about it but didn't push it. I wanted to ask a few questions weren't none of them having it really. Steered pretty clear of that lol. Wasn't a bad experience but I felt pretty blown off. Especially since I spent close to $200 for everything I had done. I should of had some questions answered. I think. But what do I know. They were professional but didn't do nothing they didn't have to. It was Friday and they wanted to go I'm sure I'm their defense 😊

Typically service my own vehicles, but for convenience decided to have it done this time. Was very happy with the service provided and how quick and easy it was to just drive in, sit in the car while they did the work and drive away. I will be a return customer.
